Began her musical studies in 2008 at the Academia de Música de Vilar do Paraíso (music academy), in the violin class of Professor Luís Trigo. Throughout her career, she was also a student of Cláudia Vasconcelos, Abílio Ramos, Bruno Pereira and Iryna Horbatyuk, at the same school. At the age of 14, took vocal technique classes for one school year with Mezzo-Soprano Patrícia Quinta. She attended, however, other artistic education institutions such as Academia de Música de Espinho and Escola de Música da Tuna Musical de Anta where she studied with Nuno Peixoto, João Silva, José António Teixeira, Ricardo Queirós and Ana Ataíde Magalhães. As a violinist, is an effective member of the orchestra of the Tuna Musical de Anta, also collaborating with Tuna Musical of S.Paio de Oleiros,Tuna Musical de Grijó and with the Philharmonic Orchestra of S. Félix da Marinha, Orquestra Manuel Laranjeira (from 2014 to 2016) and Baroque Orchestra of ESMAE (Oporto college of music and stage arts). In 2016, in order to invest more seriously in the study of the voice, took private lessons with José de Eça (tenor). She has participated in masterclasses with Tânia Azevedo (musical theater), Nacho Rodriguez (singing/chamber music), Rafael Muñoz (bass continuo/chamber music), Jean-Denis Monory (baroque gestures), among others. She also participated in the IV, V and VI editions of the Junior Academy of Baroque Music and in the XIV CIMA (ESMAE's International Early Music Course). She has been working and deepening her studies, essentially in the field of early music and historically interpretation.

She took part in projects such as St. Mathew Passion (J.S.Bach), with the ensemble Concerto Ibérico (baroque orchestra and choir), directed by João Paulo Janeiro (with Magna Ferreira, Carlos Mena, Tiago da Mota, Daniel Issa, Manuel Torrado and Benjamin Glaubitz as soloists, and Florian Deuter as concertmaster); On the Pilgrim's Route – II meeting of Medieval Music in Ponte de Lima (PT) under the musical direction of Maurício Molina; excerpts from Fables of La Fontaine (music by De Laland) directed by Magna Ferreira and Catarina Costa e Silva; excerpts from the opera Rodrigo (J.F.Händel) - as Rodrigo - directed by Ana Mafalda Castro; excerpts from the ballet opera L'Europe Galante (by A.Campra) – such as Cèphise and Vénus – with Benjamin Chènier in the direction; opera Dido & Aeneas (by H. Purcell) – as Dido – directed by a partnership between Magna Ferreira, Catarina Costa e Silva and Ana Mafalda Castro. She participated in events and festivals such as the Encontros de Música Antiga de Loulé (PT), the International Spring Music Festival in Viseu (PT) and the Festival Fora do Lugar (PT) with O Bando de Surunyo, Season of Music in São Roque (PT),VI International Festival of Baroque Music in Faro (PT) with Capella Joanina, 400 years since the publication of Flores de Música by Manuel Rodrigues Coelho with Spirito dell'Anima (Aveiro, PT), Nuit Brahms (interpreting, as a chorister, the Brahms' Requiem, at the CNSMDL – Superior Conservatory of Lyon, France), Festa de S. Salvador in Grijó (solo concerts with the organist António Pedrosa), Orphika Music Cycle, Festival of Religious Music from the Canary Islands, among other projects.

Has been collaborating regularly with ensembles such as Capella Joanina, Flores de Mvsica and Concerto Ibérico, both under the direction of João Paulo Janeiro, as well as O Bando de Surunyo directed by Hugo Sanches and Spirito dell'Anima. Recently, she participated in the recording of the CD Ai dina, dina, dana, with O Bando de Surunyo. Outside the area of early music, she has collaborated with the Portuguese Army Band – Detachment of Porto, as a soloist, having even participated in the III São Francisco Music Cycle and, more recently, collaborated with the Orquestra e Coro do Distrito de Braga (being soloist in Fauré's Requiem). Has performed and premiered contemporary pieces by composers Rúben Borges, Catarina Costa, Catarina Estácio and Gonçalo Mota. Throughout her career she had the opportunity to work with excellent musicians such as, in addition to the aforementioned, Robert Expert, Tiago Simas Freire, Xurxo Varela, Anne Delafosse, Eugénio Amorim, among others. She currently holds a degree in Early Music (Baroque singing variant), by Oporto College of music and stage arts (ESMAE). She also attended the degree in Fine Arts at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto (FBAUP).
